01Information we collect
Tulittle ("Tulittle", "we", "us" or "our") is operated by Tulittle Technologies, having its principal place of business at Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, disclose and protect personal information when you visit our website, submit an enquiry, communicate with us, request an estimate or use our website-development services.
We may collect:
- name, phone number, email address, city and business name;
- website requirements, planned budget, intended start date, project type and other information you provide;
- messages, call notes, proposal history and support communications;
- technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages visited and approximate location;
- cookie, analytics and advertising information where such tools are in use, including campaign and conversion identifiers; and
- billing information and transaction references when you purchase services. We do not intentionally store complete card numbers, UPI PINs or banking credentials — payment providers process those under their own policies.
Please do not submit passwords, government identifiers, financial credentials or unrelated sensitive personal information through our enquiry form.
02How we collect it
We collect information when you:
- submit a form on our website or through a Meta, Facebook or Instagram lead ad;
- call, email, WhatsApp or otherwise contact us;
- request a consultation, proposal or quotation;
- enter into a service agreement with us; or
- use our website, cookies, analytics or advertising features.
If you submit information through Meta or another third-party platform, that platform may also process your information under its own privacy policy.
03Why we use it
We use personal information to:
- contact you about the specific website enquiry you submitted;
- understand scope, budget, timeline and technical requirements;
- provide consultations, quotations, proposals and services;
- verify genuine enquiries and reduce spam or fraudulent submissions;
- manage contracts, invoices, payments and support;
- improve website performance, advertising and user experience;
- maintain security, prevent misuse and resolve disputes;
- comply with law, tax, accounting or valid government requests; and
- send promotional communication only where permitted, always with a way to opt out.
Submitting an enquiry authorises us to contact you about that enquiry by phone, SMS, email or WhatsApp. It does not automatically subscribe you to unrelated marketing.
04Consent and choices
Where consent is the basis for processing, you may withdraw it by emailing hello@tulittle.in. Withdrawal will not affect processing already lawfully completed. We may still retain or use limited information where required for legal compliance, billing, fraud prevention, establishment of legal claims or another lawful purpose.
You may opt out of marketing messages at any time using the unsubscribe method provided or by contacting us. Service-related replies to an active enquiry or contract are not marketing messages.
05Cookies, analytics and advertising
We use necessary cookies for security and site functionality, and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure our advertising. The pixel loads with the page and reports to Meta that a browser viewed a page here and whether an enquiry was submitted. It is not sent the contents of the enquiry form.
Meta may receive device, browser, page-view, campaign and conversion information, and may use it to show you our ads again, under its own terms. You can block it in your browser or change what Meta does with it in your Meta ad preferences. Our Cookie Policy sets out the detail.
When you arrive from one of our advertisements, the link carries campaign identifiers. We store those alongside your enquiry so we know which advertisement it came from — nothing in them identifies you personally to us.
06Sharing of information
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share only what is reasonably necessary, with:
- hosting, cloud, email, CRM, analytics, communications and payment providers;
- developers, contractors or professional advisers working under confidentiality obligations;
- a successor in a genuine merger, restructuring or business transfer; and
- government, regulatory or law-enforcement authorities when legally required.
Some providers may process information outside India. Where applicable we use reasonable contractual and security safeguards and comply with restrictions issued under applicable Indian law.
07How long we keep it
We retain enquiry information only for as long as reasonably required for follow-up, service delivery, legal compliance and dispute prevention. As a working rule, information from enquiries that do not become projects is deleted or anonymised within 12 months of the last meaningful interaction, unless you ask us to stay in touch or a longer period is legally necessary. Contract, invoice and tax records are kept for the period the law requires.
08Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information — access controls, secure hosting, encryption in transit, backups, software updates and restricted staff access. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
09Your requests
Subject to applicable law, you may request:
- information about the personal data we process about you;
- correction or updating of inaccurate information;
- deletion of information no longer needed;
- withdrawal of consent, or that we stop marketing to you; or
- redressal of a grievance about how we handled your information.
Send requests to hello@tulittle.in with the subject "Privacy Request". We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity before acting.
10Children
Our services are intended for businesses and for people legally capable of entering into a contract. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact hello@tulittle.in so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
11Third-party links
Our website may link to third-party websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, security or privacy practices. Review their policies before providing information.
12Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect operational, legal or service changes. The revised version will be posted with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes may also be communicated by another appropriate method.
